Introduction to Arvelle
Arvelle Therapeutics (Zug, Schweiz) ist ein neu gegründetetes Biotech Unternehmen, dass sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, Patienten mit schweren neurologischen Erkrankungen, innovative Therapien anzubieten. Arvelle Therapeutics hat die Exklusivrechte zur Einführung und Vermarktung von Cenobamate im europäischen Markt, von der Partnerfirma SK-Biopharmaceuticals, erworben.
Aufbau und Leitung eines regionalen Vertriebsteams (Nord- oder Süddeutschland), bestehend aus 7 Epilepsie-Account-Managern (EAM). Einführung von Cenobamate als Begleittherapie von fokal beginnenden Anfällen für erwachsene Patienten mit Epilepsie. Mit-Gestaltung der deutschen Organisation und Etablierung von Arvelle Therapeutics als neuer Partner für Ärzte und Patienten in der Neurologie/ Epilepsie.
Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Organisation, Coaching und Steuerung der EAM in der Region
  • Kontinuierliches Feedback, Training und Feld-Coaching der Mitarbeiter im Team
  • Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung und Vereinbarung von Zielen (Performance Review & Feedbackgespräche)
  • Umsetzung des nationalen Brand-Plans im cross-funktionalen Team (gemeinsam mit MSL & Marketing)
  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von regionalen Accountplänen
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse & Identifizierung von Chancen & Barrieren im Markt
  • Regelmässiger Austausch mit KOLs im Gebiet, Betreuung einer eigenen Zielgruppe, Betreuung vakanter Gebiete
Your experience and knowledge
  • Geprüfter Pharmareferent oder andere Berechtigung zum Pharma-AD gemäß § 75 AMG
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Außendiensterfahrung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung als Regionalleiter
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Neurologie, Epilepsie
  • Moderner, partizipativer Führungsstil um Eigeninitiative & Eigenverantwortlichkeit der Mitarbeiter zu fördern
  • Gute Englisch- und sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Offene Einstellung zu digitalen Ansätzen und der entsprechenden Technik der heutigen Zeit
  • Hohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft

About us
Arvelle Therapeutics is an emerging biopharmaceutical company focusing on CNS. The company has an exclusive licensing agreement with SK Biopharmaceuticals to develop and commercialize cenobamate across Europe. Cenobamate is a potential novel anti-seizure medication for the treatment of focal-onset seizures in adult epilepsy patients.
 
Arvelle’s mission is to bring innovative CNS treatments to patients suffering from serious neurological disorders.
 
In preparation for the European launch of cenobamate, Arvelle has established its HQ in Switzerland and is setting up local teams across key European launch markets with offices in London, Munich, Madrid, Milan, Stockholm, Paris and New York. On top of that, the company establishing a Shared Service Center (SSC) based in Amsterdam. Arvelle has a total of 80 employees in Europe and the US and we will expand into over 200 employees in the next 1,5 years.
